How to cook Healthier Sticky Sesame Chicken

  1. in a bowl, combine aminos, agave nectar, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, sea salt, cracked black pepper, and sesame seeds
  2. to a plastic baggy, add chicken chunks + cornstarch + sea salt & cracked black pepper. shake well to coat
  3. add olive oil to a pan over medium-high heat and add chicken chunks; saute for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown. pour in your sauce and toss the chunks around for about 3-5 more minutes. it thickens as it cooks!
  4. scoop your chicken onto your carb of choice (we often use white or brown rice), sprinkle with sesame seeds, and chopped green onion.
  5. enjoy!
