Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

  1. drain and rinse your chick peas very well*
  2. add chick peas and remaining ingredients (except for chocolate chips) to your food processor or high powdered blender
  3. blend until smooth and creamy; transfer to a mixing bowl and fold in chocolate chips
  4. serve immediately; can be kept in the fridge for up to 4 days 

NOTES:

discard the chick pea skin if possible; if your blender is high powdered then the skins aren't that big a deal IMO!
