  • dry, flaky skin

  • migraine headaches

  • dark/rusty urine color

  • hunger you just can’t satisfy (sooo annoying!)

  • brain fog / exhaustion

DOS

  • only drink water (sparkling water counts!)

  • grab a reusable bottle

  • use a straw! it’s easier and more convenient (and studies show you drink more vs not using one)

  • shoot for 64 oz per day

  • aim to drink a full serving of water before every meal 

  • add fruit or herbs to your water

  • set reminders on your phone to drink up (i’ll remind you too!)

  • replace sugary drinks, coffee, and teas with water whenever possible 


DON’TS

  • drink anything other than water😀
