Instructions

  1. preheat oven to 475 degrees and place your pizza stone inside your oven
  2. add all ingredients to your mixing bowl and mix until dough just comes together. it will be sticky.
  3. make sure your work surface is clean and dry; sprinkle with flour.
  4. drop dough on top of flour and sprinkle more flour on top of dough ball.
  5. knead the dough for about 2-3 minutes until a smooth ball of dough is formed.
  6. flour your work surface again, and press dough ball out with your fingers to a thickness you desire
  7. remove HOT pizza stone from oven and generously top with cornmeal so the crust doesn't stick
  8. add your toppings (less is more! don't overload the heavier toppings) and brush perimeter of pizza with olive oil
  9. bake for 9-10 minutes and ENJOY!

Notes

HELPFUL TIPS:

spoon flour into your measuring cup and level it off vs scooping/packing.

you can make this dough ahead of time and store it in the fridge for up to 5 days, but there is no rise time required.

make sure you let the dough come back down to room temperature before baking for best results.

Fage lactose-free plain Greek yogurt yields the best result IMO.

nutritional info is for crust only & per slice.
