Creamy Vegan Ranch Dressing

super creamy, dairy-free dressing! get your veggies ready :)
ingredients:
- 1 cup raw, soaked* cashews
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cashew milk
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 small clove garlic
- 1/4 tsp organic garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp organic onion powder
- 1 tbsp fresh dill
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- pepper to taste
instructions:
- add all ingredients to your high powered blender.
- blend until super smooth and creamy, about 45-60 seconds.
- eat immediately or place in the fridge for up to 4 days.
- it will thicken in the fridge, so add water or unsweetened almond milk to bring it back to a "dressing" consistency.
NOTES:
*soak cashews by placing them in a bowl and covering them with very hot water for at least 30 minutes. i usually try to soak mine overnight.
