This post is sponsored by The Quaker Oats Company, but all opinions are my own.

hey fit friends! Quaker surveyed consumers across the United States to learn more about how breakfast trends vary between each region of the country.

while Americans agree that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, it’s definitely not limited to just the morning. in fact, Quaker recently surveyed consumers across the united states and found that 81% of respondents from the south enjoy having breakfast for dinner!  i don’t know about y’all, but breakfast is gold ANY time of the day under our roof! especially these homemade waffles 😍.

my kids were pretty fond of boxed waffles until i whipped out my waffle maker one morning and cooked up some homemade ones! they each immediately agreed the homemade kind were not the same...in the best way!  now the only problem is that they want them all the time! it’s a ‘problem’ because cleaning my waffle maker is the worst😂. lol. the sacrifice is always worth it for these nutritious Easy Oat Waffles and the smiles from my littles.
